Ethics plays a role in almost every decision we make and the various demands on our lives can make it difficult to face moral dilemmas with wisdom. Strengthening one’s ethical foundation can help leaders respond to moral dilemmas with integrity fostering greater professional and organizational sustainability. Three categories important to address when considering ethics and professional development include: understanding ethics, dealing with power and pressures, and pursuing professionalism.

Recognizing the challenges leaders face, I developed this program from my research based on interviews with experienced leaders representing various industries and companies around the United States. This interactive session will provoke reflection and discussions fostering professional practices helping you deal with challenges in ethical, holistic ways.
